Yes, indeed, like my previous Employer and a good Friend used to say and tell me from his earlier days working in the States and hearing the comment from his boss too.

WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR. The last time I recall, YOU AINT THE BOSS ARE YOU NOT!?!?!??

Now, then ask yourself why you need to work.
1. To make a living?
2. To buy materials of which you'd like to own?
3. You have a family (kins) to support?
4. You have kids & wife to support?
.... & leading to many more.

Then, knowing factly you will, you are, you have to work with people in the organisation, that is unless you're the boss and you call the shot, you own the company. Why make yourself a MISERY to others?

You just get what work needs to be done, get over it, and move on with your life. Be either productive or simply act as if you've a million and one thing to do but not being able to help out, or assist in your colleagues request to get things done. Come on, you're not even the boss. Why the need to make a big, huge fuss over minor next to nothing, be a snob, a stupid arse yourself, portray to being a somebody and exposing your inert ability to enable people to hate you. If you really want to be like this person. Good luck and all the best.

You work for a cause, unless you're the boss to call the shot. If you're not, you'd better be nice to everyone. If you so refuse, well, great, huge ego and a personality none can match.

Ops, what's this blog about? Gosh, i simply can't think further, I just want to blog for the sake of blogging, venting out my anger on this very stupidity person's action and behaviour.

In a nutshell. Be nice to people and people will be nice to you. You can't recover a spilt milk can you, they flow and you'll never be the same ever. Think before you act on things that YOU WILL REGRET FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE, cos, YOU'RE NEVER KNOW THESE WILL COME BACK KNOCKING ON YOUR SENSES.
